During his final pilgrimage, the Prophet ﷺ taught the rites of Hajj and addressed a vast gathering. He affirmed the sanctity of life, property and honour; condemned injustice and usury; reminded people of family responsibilities; and stressed that human worth is grounded in reverence and righteousness rather than race or tribe.
The pilgrimage brought the mission back to the sanctuary from which it had begun. Its lessons remain public and practical: honour trusts, do not oppress, hold firmly to guidance and recognise the equal dignity of humanity before Allah.
