الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي أَحْيَانَا بَعْدَ مَا أَمَاتَنَا وَإِلَيْهِ النُّشُورُ
Alḥamdu lillāhilladhī aḥyānā baʿda mā amātanā wa ilayhin-nushūr.
All praise is for Allah who gave us life after causing us to die, and to Him is the resurrection.

بِاسْمِكَ اللَّهُمَّ أَحْيَا وَبِاسْمِكَ أَمُوتُ
Bismikallāhumma aḥyā wa bismika amūt.
In Your name, O Allah, I live and in Your name I die.
بِسْمِ اللَّهِ
Bismillāh.
In the name of Allah.
الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي أَطْعَمَنِي هَذَا وَرَزَقَنِيهِ مِنْ غَيْرِ حَوْلٍ مِنِّي وَلَا قُوَّةٍ
Alḥamdu lillāhilladhī aṭʿamanī hādhā wa razaqanīhi min ghayri ḥawlin minnī wa lā quwwah.
All praise is for Allah who fed me this and provided it without any power or strength from me.
بِسْمِ اللَّهِ تَوَكَّلْتُ عَلَى اللَّهِ لَا حَوْلَ وَلَا قُوَّةَ إِلَّا بِاللَّهِ
Bismillāh, tawakkaltu ʿalallāh, lā ḥawla wa lā quwwata illā billāh.
In the name of Allah; I place my trust in Allah. There is no power or strength except through Allah.
اللَّهُمَّ افْتَحْ لِي أَبْوَابَ رَحْمَتِكَ
Allāhumma-ftaḥ lī abwāba raḥmatik.
O Allah, open for me the doors of Your mercy.
اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ مِنْ فَضْلِكَ
Allāhumma innī asʾaluka min faḍlik.
O Allah, I ask You from Your bounty.
سُبْحَانَ الَّذِي سَخَّرَ لَنَا هَذَا وَمَا كُنَّا لَهُ مُقْرِنِينَ وَإِنَّا إِلَى رَبِّنَا لَمُنْقَلِبُونَ
Subḥānalladhī sakhkhara lanā hādhā wa mā kunnā lahu muqrinīn, wa innā ilā Rabbinā lamunqalibūn.
Glory be to Him who placed this at our service, though we could not have mastered it, and surely to our Lord we shall return.
رَبِّ زِدْنِي عِلْمًا
Rabbi zidnī ʿilmā.
My Lord, increase me in knowledge.
يَا مُقَلِّبَ الْقُلُوبِ ثَبِّتْ قَلْبِي عَلَى دِينِكَ
Yā Muqallibal-qulūb, thabbit qalbī ʿalā dīnik.
O Turner of hearts, keep my heart firm upon Your religion.
اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْهَمِّ وَالْحَزَنِ
Allāhumma innī aʿūdhu bika minal-hammi wal-ḥazan.
O Allah, I seek refuge in You from anxiety and sorrow.
رَبِّ اغْفِرْ لِي وَتُبْ عَلَيَّ إِنَّكَ أَنْتَ التَّوَّابُ الرَّحِيمُ
Rabbighfir lī wa tub ʿalayya innaka Antat-Tawwābur-Raḥīm.
My Lord, forgive me and accept my repentance. You are the Accepter of repentance, the Merciful.
اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ الْعَفْوَ وَالْعَافِيَةَ
Allāhumma innī asʾukal-ʿafwa wal-ʿāfiyah.
O Allah, I ask You for pardon and wellbeing.
رَبَّنَا آتِنَا فِي الدُّنْيَا حَسَنَةً وَفِي الْآخِرَةِ حَسَنَةً وَقِنَا عَذَابَ النَّارِ
Rabbanā ātinā fid-dunyā ḥasanatan wa fil-ākhirati ḥasanatan wa qinā ʿadhāban-nār.
Our Lord, grant us goodness in this world and goodness in the Hereafter, and protect us from the punishment of the Fire.
اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ الْهُدَى وَالتُّقَى وَالْعَفَافَ وَالْغِنَى
Allāhumma innī asʾukal-hudā wat-tuqā wal-ʿafāfa wal-ghinā.
O Allah, I ask You for guidance, piety, chastity and contentment.
