With greater stability, the Prophet ﷺ sent letters and representatives to rulers and regional leaders, inviting them to worship Allah. His envoys carried a universal message through diplomacy, literacy and respectful address.
This period also included the return of Muslims from Abyssinia and growing delegations to Madinah. The mission was never limited to one tribe. Its widening reach retained the same core: tawhid, justice, moral responsibility and mercy.
